The Philippine Hospital Project Development Corporation (PHD) is a private engineering corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission actively involved in waste water treatment in healthcare facilities. It currently serves a network of major public hospitals nationwide.

PHD begun its initial activities on April 1998, executing four Austrian government-funded projects with the Department of Health (DOH). Together with PVS GmbH (Austria), it was involved in establishing hospital-based waste water treatment facility projects, actively continuing so to this day.

PHD Waste Water Treatment Technology Group (WWTTG) is composed of an experienced team that caters to the servicing needs of these hospital-based waste water treatment facilities.
